Ingredients

24 Lotus Biscoff biscuits
80g date syrup
๐๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ค๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฎ ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ด๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ช๐น:โฃโฃ
280g Philadelphia โฃโฃ
200ml cream โฃโฃ
5ml vanilla extract โฃโฃ
40g date syrup โฃ

Mixed nuts โฃ
Date syrup โฃ
Date jam โฃ
Date sugar โฃ
Lotus Biscoff biscuits โฃ

1. Crush the lotus biscuits by placing them inside a bag and going over with a rolling pin or use a pestle and mortar to eliminate plastic bag use as I did. You want to leave some larger chunks for texture (save some for decoration) โฃ
2. Pour date syrup onto biscuits and mix wellโฃ
3. Divide biscuit base equally into ramekins (I made 7 with my mix) filling them up a third of the way. โฃPress down firmly with the back of a teaspoon to ensure the mixture is compact
4. Whip cream cheese with vanilla extract and date syrup until smoothโฃ
5. Add in cream and whip until everything is combined together well โฃ
6. Spoon out mixture equally between ramekins until they are full to the top โฃ
7. Leave in fridge to set for 3 hours or ideally overnight โฃ
8. Decorate with nuts, date syrup or lotus biscuits
