Blueberry Almond Porridge with Date Syrup

Treat yourself for breakfast with a warm bowl of this delicious Vanilla Almond Oatmeal with Blueberries! Healthy, super filling and easily made on the stove top (or slow cooker) in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats (jumbo oats/ old fashioned oats)
1 cup skimmed milk or any other vegan substitution
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings : blueberries, chopped almonds and drizzle of Date Syrup or honey.
Instructions
- In a saucepan mix together, oats, milk, cinnamon, chia seeds and almond butter. Bring to a medium heat. Let it cook. Reduce the heat while stirring for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour it in a bowl and add toppings.
