Chocolate Date Chia Cookies

Make delicious and healthy Chocolate Chia Seed Cookies with this simple recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almonds blended into flour in a food processor
  • 1 cup Oats blended into flour
  • 1/3 cup Date Syrup
  • 5 big dates, pitted. like medjool
  • 3 Tbsp Cacao powder
  • 3 Tbs Chia Seeds
  •  2 tbs oil you can use coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup skimmed milk
  • Some melted dark chocolate to spread on the top of each cookie.

    Instructions

  • Preheat your oven at 180°C.
  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend everything until combined
  • Using a tbs form balls then press them into cookie shape. (If it sticks just wet your hands a little bit)
  • Bake at 180°C for around 12 minutes
  • Spread melted chocolate on the top of each cookie
  •
