Chocolate Date Chia Cookies

Make delicious and healthy Chocolate Chia Seed Cookies with this simple recipe!

2 cups of almonds blended into flour in a food processor
1 cup Oats blended into flour
1/3 cup Date Syrup
5 big dates, pitted. like medjool
3 Tbsp Cacao powder
3 Tbs Chia Seeds
2 tbs oil you can use coconut oil
1/4 cup skimmed milk
Some melted dark chocolate to spread on the top of each cookie.
Preheat your oven at 180°C.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend everything until combined
Using a tbs form balls then press them into cookie shape. (If it sticks just wet your hands a little bit)
Bake at 180°C for around 12 minutes
Spread melted chocolate on the top of each cookie
