Here's How to Make a Date Syrup Carrot Cake

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

First, to start your recipe (CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE), your oven needs to be set to 350oF to preheat

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

Grab the microwave-safe bowl and add chocolate. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds until completely melted.

Step 3: Combine through the Process

Now add the melted chocolate to the high-power blender/processer and add all of the egg yolk, salt, vanilla, date sugar, and mix them well. Add whole grain flour, zucchini, and blend them until smoothe. Shift the blended mixture into a large bowl.

Step 4: Beating Egg Whites

Grab a small-size mixing bowl and add egg whites to it. Use the hand mixer and beat the egg white until stiff peaks.

Step 5: Combining Mixtures

Now pour the beaten white part of the eggs into the large bowl with blended chocolate mixture. Make sure to pour the white eggs mixture slowly in order to keep the batter fluffy.

Step 6: Grease the Cake Baking Pan

Lightly spray the cake pan with the cooking spray or grease the pan with a bit of cooking oil—Grease the bottom and sides of the cake pan

Step 7: Pour the Batter

Now pour the batter into the greased oven bake pan and tap the pan so that the batter is evenly spread. Sprinkle chocolate chips all over the batter

Step 8: Make the Batter

Leave the cake pan in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C temperature. After baking, remove the pan; set aside to let cool, then slice and serve.
