Date Energy Balls Filled with Almond Butter

These Date Engergy Balls are a healthy snack that are quick and easy to make. They are similar to cookie dough, with no added sugar!

These oat cookies are amazing for a breakfast on the go or as a snack with your cup of coffee or tea. They are super easy to make, they need only 1 bowl and they are so delicious


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200 g pitted dates or date paste
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or water
  • Almond butter to fill the balls
  •  

    Directions

    1. Using a food processor, blend the almonds.

    2. Add the other ingredients and blend until well combined

    3. Take a spoonful of the mixture for each ball then flatten it, fill it with almond butter or peanut butter, then roll it into a ball.
