These amazing Date Sugar Blondies were the creation of our friend Salwa - food engineerextraordinaire . Only sweetened with our all natural Syrup and Sugar, you will enjoy every bite!
- 1/2 cup almond butter but you can use Tahini
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup date sugar
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tbs baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Mixing bowl
- Oven safe Baking tray
- Cooking spray
- Baking paper
Here's How to Make Date Sugar and Date Syrup Almond Butter Blondies
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
First, set your oven temperature at 180°C (350F) to preheat.
Step 2: Combining Ingredients
Take the large-size mixing bowl; add and mix almond butter with melted coconut oil. Add date sugar, date syrup, and stir to combine them well. Add 1 egg, vanilla, salt (a pinch) and again mix well.
Step 3: Add in Oat Flour
Now add in oat flour (a little at a time) and continuously mix. Add in baking powder and mix them well until entirely combined.
Step 4: Mix in Chocolate Chip
Now add chocolate chips and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle leftover chocolate chips on the top of the batter layer. Pour mixture into baking tray and until evenly spread.
Step 4: Grease the baking tray and cooling
Shift the baking tray to the preheated oven and leave the tray for 20 minutes. Then remove; set aside to cool and use a sharp knife to cut into squares.
