Here's How to Make a Date Syrup Carrot Cake
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 325F.
Step 2: Melting Process
Set the large-size non-stick saucepan over a medium-low heat and add coconut oil. Heat the oil, add cocoa powder, date syrup, and mix them well until they are combined thoroughly.
Step 3: Remove and Spread
Remove from heat; allow to set and then add oats into the mixture until thoroughly coated. Then scatter evenly over a baking tray.
Step 4: Grease the Baking Pan
Grease the oven-safe pan with cooking spray or lightly brush the pan with oil. Line baking sheets onto baking pan. Then roll the dough into balls, about 3 tablespoons of dough each and place on tray. Roll the cookie dough balls to be wide, to ensure the cookies bake up to be thick.
Step 5: Baking Process 1
Leave the baking pan in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Remove and Spread Nuts
Take out the pan from the oven; sprinkle nuts all over the mixture surface
Step 7: Baking Process 2
Return the pan to the oven for more than 10 minutes. Then remove and set aside to let cool.
