A couple of years I made date cake for the first time and fell in love instantly. That time I stewed leftover dates to make it which was all a rigorous process. Then I used date molasses from a jar which was hard to use too. And now @sunnahwholefoods have made date sugar, date jam and date syrup to make my date cake so much more easier to make!
