Healthy Banana Date Bars

A scrumptious blend of banana, oats and dates, these date bars will tantalize your taste buds and it's also very nutritious.

Ingredients:

  •  100 g pitted dates
  •  Chopped walnuts
  • 2 very ripe banana
  • 100 g rolled oats or müsli
  •  50 g shredded coconut (If desired)
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  •  Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Date Sugar
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolates chips (optional)

    Instructions

    First soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes

    In a food processor blend the dates, then add all other ingredients and blend until combined.

    Press into a tin form and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
