Healthy Banana Date Bars

A scrumptious blend of banana, oats and dates, these date bars will tantalize your taste buds and it's also very nutritious.

100 g pitted dates
2 very ripe banana
100 g rolled oats or müsli
50 g shredded coconut (If desired)
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Date Sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolates chips (optional)
First soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes
In a food processor blend the dates, then add all other ingredients and blend until combined.
Press into a tin form and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
