Fresh Salmon Salad

A delicious lunch or dinner does not always require a lot of time and effort. This is a simple and nutritious salad, yet so delicious.

Ingredients:
- Any leafy greens (Baby spinach, kale, rucola etc)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dried Mangos
- Salmon Fillet
For the Sauce Mix
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
Instructions
- Simply some leafy greens add cherry tomatoes, dried mangos and place smoked salmon on top.
- Just get creative, if you don't like smoked salmon, add tuna, chicken breast, feta cheese, tofu, or even beans or chickpeas for vegan option.
