Fresh Salmon Salad

A delicious lunch or dinner does not always require a lot of time and effort. This is a simple and nutritious salad,  yet so delicious.

  • Any leafy greens (Baby spinach, kale, rucola etc)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Dried Mangos
  • Salmon Fillet

For the Sauce Mix

  • Olive oil 
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  •  1 garlic cloves 
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger


  1. Simply some leafy greens add cherry tomatoes,  dried mangos and place smoked salmon on top.
  2. Just get creative, if you don't like smoked salmon, add tuna, chicken breast, feta cheese, tofu, or even beans or chickpeas for vegan option.
