All our products are priced in British Pounds (GBP). When ordering from outside United Kingdom, your currency will be calculated at checkout by PayPal. Currency calculators are also available online.
Shipping - Important Notice!
We are not currently shipping Internationally; due to Brexit restrictions on food.
We plan to start shipping internationally again in early 2022.
When international order resume, all orders will show calculated shipping rates at the checkout. Items are shipped via your chosen method within 2-5 business days or Premium next day delivery. If a rush or custom order is required, please email email@example.com
If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Because all international orders must be processed through Customs, they may take up to four weeks to arrive after they are shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, refunds and exchanges are not available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your product arrives damaged, we require photographs within 48 hours in order to disclose damages to the shipping companies we work with.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Following this, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
